I ran my first competitive 5k since having knee surgery a couple years ago...

When we started out my running buddy and I had a goal of 45 minutes (thats about 15 minutes/mile)

We finished in 37!!!!!!!

Woohoo!! Congrats. It is so great you are getting back in there. Me too. I just last week ran it in 44 pushing a stroller. That was tough.
