so i sent my db 4 xmas packages yes 4. lots of money but i really wanted to do it. anyways i told him about it so he can go to the post out there and be on the watch for them. but yesterday on the phone he was like ya sorry i can't get you anything for christmas babe ya know there isn't much out here i can do. and i was like o it's fine. typical girlfriend response right? well im kinda bummed about it actually. it seems selfish and whatever but he has always been overly generous with gift giving like diamond earrings, etc. and he has internet so couldnt he send somethin. or do u think maybe he's just trying to surprise me? i told him he can just write a letter at least and he said he might not have time... for a letter?@?!! cmon now guy. u can get online and chat with me for hours but no time for 1 little letter!! so out of character. suck. ugh :sigh:confused:duh

i bet there's a surprise coming.. although i'd try not to get my hopes up too much just incase there's not because then i'd just be extra pissed off!

try not to fret about it until something actually happens, but i can imagine how you're feeling! i'd be a bit upset after sending four packages and knowing i was getting nothing..

hmm yea.. i have been wondering the same thig, i mean obvivously they dont have access to shopping like at home, but the definitely have internet and on the big bases there, exchanges, so technically they COULD do SOMETHING:dunno Maybe he is trying to suprise you though, ya never know!

i told DH "oh don't worry, my dad gave me money so i can get them myself"

then he went out of his way to convince me not to get them...so i'm sure he already bought them ya know????
