Pretty much the same as Thanksgiving... :)
Turkey and trimmings (I think I will go with a white wine, pear, butter reduction)
Garlic potatoes
Cranberry, Brown Sugar carrots
Hmmm... I will have to think about the rest. I will be doing it on Christmas Eve as hubby has duty on Christmas Day.

I'm making Turkey and Ham for everyone else. Then we will have a relish plate, deviled eggs, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, baked beans, stuffed mushrooms, scalloped corn, rolls, cranberry bread, cranberry sauce w/ cool whip, and possibly mac and cheese. I'm thinking about a couple more things but not sure. And of course we will have cookies.

I am not doing a big Christmas dinner, but doing a big breakfast instead.
I haven't decided on a menu yet, but for dinner we are doing a SW Chicken Soup and sub sandwiches, with a veggie tray to munch on during the day.

We usually have:

ribeye steak or some kind of roast
mashed potatoes
grilled asparagus/peppers/onion
salad
garlic bread
cheesecake
pumpkin pie
and other assorted goodies.

Turkey dinner at Thanksgiving is more than enough for us.

My mom told me today she was really looking forward to me and her cooking a 'traditional' Christmas dinner together, so that's what we'll be doing. So -

turkey and/or ham, not sure yet.
green bean casserole
corn pudding
5 cup salad
some bread of some sort

for desserts, we have some options -
pumpkin pie
apple pie
trash
something else (I told them they could pick a dessert from my new cookbook)

I invited friends over weeks ago and didn't hear from them until yesterday. I bought a ham that was on sale and knew I would cook it sometime along the way. The thing w/ the friends is she and her follow the Jewish religion and won't eat ham. Now I need to come up w/ another idea. I was thinking steak, but after reading all of your menus I might come up w/ something else. I don't noooo. I do like the sammy and soup ideas.
We did decide to do ham for Christmas Eve.
