DF's never done yoga.
but he did join an aerobics class once! haha i about died. him and some of the guys got bored with their workout... so they joined that for about a month. haha, i just cant even begin to picture my 6'4" 200+ lover doing aerobics!
i guess it would look even sillier to see him do yoga!

I did it for some time and would come home and on days i didn't have class or if i needed a relazing moment i would do it...and he tried it with me once and hurt his man areas...so he said he would NEVER do it again :giggle

When we first found out DH had diabetes, he started doing yoga in the mornings (by following a tv show) but now he isn't up early enough to do it anymore.

Uh... yes. Let me explain. I won't do any kind of workout with out making DH try it first. We have on demand tv with workouts you chose and you know do. Well I wanted to do yoga but i wanted to see how it was first. Basically i use him as a gage to how sore it will make me and if I really want to do it. I make him do it, then the next morning I see how he acts, how sore he is, etc. if it's not to bad THEN and ONLY then will I try it.
i'm kind of a wimp about new things lol :)
