This week when I work out, I've started to get out of breath quicker and more pressure in my pelvic area, especially after about 30 min. of cardio. This is normal right? I never know how much is too much.

listen to ur body...when it says stop...STOP

ur out of breathe faster because a) ur carrying more weight...and b) the baby is shoving everything up into ur lungs :giggle

of course pelvic pressure is normal...ur hips and pelvic floor get TIRED after a while
