Did each pregnancy feel different? Like, I guess I'm a little worried because I actually feel good this pregnancy :lmao. When I got pg with Lydia, the morning sickness started the day before I missed my period and didn't let up for 3 straight months and I was mostly a little ball of misery on the couch from day one. I wanted to vomit at the smell of almost anything and the thought of drinking alcohol made me ill.

Last night I really wanted a beer (which I would've puked at the thought of when I was pg before) and I crave healthy foods (which with Lydia I craved junk food and sugar, now I want salad and fresh veg all the time).

I know it's still early yet, but anyone else have totally opposite first and second pregnancies?

It's a boy! haha. I have felt great all 20 weeks so far. I mean, of course I have been tired (I work FT) and had some migraines and aches, but REALLY nothing to complain about. I craved healthy foods at first.....then, it went all down hill! I hope you continue to feel well!

DH sure hopes so! It would be nice having one of each and breaking the Baugh family curse (we are all prone to having two of the same: 2 of my brothers each have 2 boys, my aunt has 2 boys, my uncle has two girls, my own mother had two girls, then a boy, then two girls). We don't have much luck with one of each :lmao

(Although I would never tell DH I almost secretly want another girl, we still have all of Lydia's cute baby clothes and I'd love to see all of them on a new baby girl :wub:teehee)

That's awesome! I've been waiting for the morning sickness and wretchedness to hit, honestly, my pregnancy with Lydia was such a terrible experience, I hesitated getting pregnant again because I didn't want the unending nausea and misery.

Yay! Now I'm excited again :teehee

My pregnancies with my kids were night and day!
With my son I had no clue I was pregnant until I was 10wks, I pretty much had no symptoms at all! Morning sickness didnt kick in until 13wks and it lasted 1 week. I had tons of energy and felt great!

With my daughter I had symptoms 7 days before my period was due (cravings, having to pee alot, etc..). I had morning sickness 24/7 from 6-26wks and I was exhausted the entired time.

With my other pregnancies (m/c) my symptoms ranged from weight gain, mood swings and cravings.
So far this time around I've had every symptom under the sun and they come and go. The one that sticks around the most is being tired & hungry and bloated.

Yep. Every pregnancy is different.

I remember drinking a gallon of whole milk every single day of my second and third trimester of my first pregnancy. It was also the one with the worst morning sickness and I even fainted once!

The second pregnancy I ate a ton of baked potatoes with the works and chinese food. Not so much morning sickness.

I don't remember what cravings I had during my last pregnancy but I remember I felt great the whole time.

That was me! I literally could not drink enough milk from the very start, not just the second and third trimester. Now I'm eh, whateva, about the milk, I've actually be craving water. And I had the worst morning sickness with Lydia! It's sort of hard to believe I'm pregnant because I feel so good!

With my first I wanted alot of salads then I wanted alot of fruits and sweets. I was sick almost all the way through. I was tired all the time

With my second I was sick maybe 4 or 5 times. I wanted salads then I wanted alot of meat, steak was my favorite ( I never liked any meat other then hamburger before!) I was never tired, wanted to keep going

With this one, I want alot of pineapple, and sweets! I have a very very strong feeling it is a girl! Dh wants another boy. I am also very tired this time! Cant get enough sleep!

Your preaching to the chior on this one!! With DS I was sick from day one to the end every day. I was miserable. I was super super tired and I never wanted to do anything. With this one I am not sick very much at all, at most once a week, I am not super tired and I feel all around great. other then being starving all the time. They are complete polar opposites.

Yes, I have had two pregnancies and am currently preggo with my third. Each one was very different. My first was ruff, I gained alot of weight, broke out in this terrible rash and the epideral did not work, my second was alot better but I could not even smell or drive by a taco bell or anything spicy but had a problem with my blood pressure and with this one I each anything spicy and want nothing but chocolate. Oh by the way I have 2 girls already and this one is A GIRL also:wacko:ohsnap

Each pg was different. I've been pg 3 times. Once with a girl and twice with a boy. There were general similarities like I got sick with all 3 but when it started, for how long, and how much differed with each one.

My pregnancies with both my boy and girl were pretty much the same except I was a lot sicker with my first (boy). This time it is another girl but less sickness but overwelming tiredness and cravings OMG the cravings are so intense and Oddly enough I also crave Smells. With My second baby I remember I did have a lot more energy until around 7 months. Good LUCK, But I am sure the baby is fine!!!
