but i lost probably a good 4 or 5 large clumps last night of my plug AND was woken up a couple times with some contractions and every time i got up to pee or take the dog out i laid awake for like 10-20 minutes with contractions on and off--not super painful but enough to sort of keep me from really sleeping deep
