I know how you feel, islolated no one that is near you gets it! But come spend some more time around here and it will get bearable... Just remember that every day you have to miss him, is one more closer to him coming home :hugs (L)

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. I think there are a lot of us who are, too. I hate that I am so far from my family and friends. WIth DH being deployed, it makes it really hard to move forward. Just take it one day at a time and try to stay positive. :) It will be over before you know it.

I think the feelings of isolation and loneliness are totally normal. Congrats on making it 4 months though. You have gotten over the worst part!

You are definetly not alone! I understand completely how you feel about being alone during a deployment. I agree with the other ladies about spending more time on this site, it does help a lot knowing their are so many other ladies going through the same thing. I hope you feel better soon :hugs But congrats on making it 4 months already!

mine has only been gone a week and a half, but i feel worse now then the first week...i dont get it! its hard to find people who understand, its why i love SOS so much!
