Sorry! I said you wouldn't believe I was quiet by the way I post on this site...but I thought of another question. For a Reserve family, who would be the person to ask to make sure all the pay stuff is entered correctly? I know it can be delayed if wrong.:duh

For reserve make sure he goes to his commander or frst sgt how long has he been reserve? make sure you have a joint bank account my DH was reserve Marine before going active he had to do all the pay stuff ask DH if he has a MY PAY account on the computer that way you can get his LES and W2s for tax time pm me if you want

DH is reserves going active ( deployment) as we speak. Yes he will need to go through his chain of command, as far as the pay, we are one month out with no pay.:confused. Its so frustrating with him being reserves, not many options out there

Forgot to add, when he SRP, just have hubby double check everything, for some off reasons they changed ours to without dependents and thankfully we caught it ahead of time and DH was able to get with the UI ( unit adm) from the unit and fix it, but when they SRP, they made sure everything was correct and yes defintly get his mypay pin, so you can verify amounts and everything is correct.
