1/2 lb shrimp devained and peeled
1/2 lb cubed chicken breasts
1/2 package of any type of pasta you would like
1 jar of alfredo sauce (or you can make your own of course)
half a bag of broccoli and caulliflower flourettes if you want
a tsp of cinnamon or nutmeg
tbsp of red pepper
butter
oil

preferabbly i marinate my meats in spices 30 mins before cook time because i like interesting flavors in my dish, but it's up to you. you can also just cook your shrimp and chicken in oil and butter

to cook your pasta, have a pot of water boiling. once it is boiling add salt and oil and add your pasta. cook for about 4-8 mins. you can tell if pasta is done by throwing it at a wall and if it sticks, it's done (DB taught me this of course). when pasta is done. drain and wash it with cold water to stop it from cooking.

1. pour oil into skillet and add butter.
2. heat skillet into a medium heat
3. add your chicken in until meat is white on the outside
4. and then add your shrimp in until both meats are done
(on the side you can boil your veggies
5. once meats are done add alfredo sauce and veggies
6. mix together meats, veggies, and sauce
7. add a tsp of cinnamon or nutmeg (it gives it a very interesting flavor!)
8. add red pepper if you like it spicy too
9. stir in your pasta
10. DINNER IS DONNE!

enjoy. my first time cooking this dish. and trust me for all new cooks, if I can do it.. YOU can do it :)

What type of alfredo sauce do you use? I can't find a good one.

I make that all the time! The kids LOVE It! Try the Classico Alfredo sauce...it's pretty good.
