This was very good!!
Package of spaghetti (8 oz will do)
1 lb of ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped (I didn't use one)
1 onion, chopped (I used 2 tsp's of onion powder instead)
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
4 oz package of sliced pepperoni
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt (I used garlic powder)
1/4 tsp pepper
(about) 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
(about) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional:
1 4oz can of mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 small can of sliced olives, drained
Cook spaghetti.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the beef, green pepper, and onion; drain.
Stir in tomatoe sauce, pepperoni, seasonings, (and mushrooms & olives if you use them).
Drain spaghetti.
In a mixing bowl, mix the spaghetti & meat sauce together. Then spoon into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheeses and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 15 min, or until heated through.
