well db ended ti thismorning. hthe dog got sick this morning n was pissed so i texted him sayin i was sorry, and he reasponed that he doesnt want the dog destroyin his stuff, and to make a long storry sort told me it wasnt my fault but he thought i should move out (so now im homless) then when asked if we were over he said he has been havin doubts about us and doesnt know how to make it better. i asked him what he wanted to be better and he just responded i dont know can we talk about this later. so now im sittin at work cryin my eyes out cuz i love him so muc h n he could care less about me, and to top it off im now homless. i feel like im havin a horrible nightmare. we were sapossed to leave to visit his family tomarrow and now im not going im spendin x mas homless and all by myself. guess this is why he was buggin me to open his x mas gift last night. i have to go to the apartment when he leaves this weekend get all my stuff out, and leave the key..........i feel like i want to die right now.:unlove

I agree with this. Do you have anyfriend you can crash with until you get your feet back on the ground? I'm sorry about this.

If your name is on any part of the rent or bills he can't just kick you out. What a dousche though, I'm sorry!

I think you guys need to sit down and really talk about this. It's not fair for him to just kick you out and leave you homeless. It almost sounds as if he said this in haste...because he was angry. Wait it out and see what he says after he's calmed down.

He can't kick you out like that, you have all your things there so he has to evict you technically, since you had a verbal agreement that you would live there. You should have at least 30 days depending on your state to move out.
