DH and I saw this yesterday afternoon...I thought it was better then the first one but it was goofy at times..but overall a good wholesome, fun, mysterious family movie.

I cannot wait to see this! We love the first one - we're waiting for DD to get back from her visit with her dad so we can all see it together.

My husband and I saw this last night also and thought it was really good. It was better than the first one. worth it to pay to see it.:D

lol i like nicholas cage's friend.. he makes the movie funny. i was watching the part where they hurried up and hopped in the foreign car and his friend had his hands up to hold the steering wheel but it wasn't there... cos it was on the right side of the car. i totally LOLed :giggle

Hoping they will bring it to the base theater here. The Lemoore theatre has free movies something like 4 nights a week and they are fairly new releases. Last night we went to "Fred Claus" which was cute, then next Friday I am taking my youngest to see "The Bee Movie". They also have "Beowulf","Enchanted" and "August Rush" coming in the next two weeks.

the sidekick went to my high school........while I wasn't friends with him I kept wondering why he looked so familiar....then I realized his brother was in my class and that he looks just like him. weird! we want to see it, but are saving it for break. my kids get THREE weeks off.

we saw alvin and the chipmunks yesterday....cute!

I was disappointed that they killed off Ed Harris, I thought the beauty of the first one was that they found the treasure and the bad guy went jail. No one got hurt.

I loved it:D and the sidekick guy is always so funny lol. They're such formula movies, but who cares! It's entertaining and fun and contains a little stretched historical truth lol:)

ha its SOOOOOO good I went and saw it with my older son today...wow was it good!
