i saw it! i really liked it. i agree, it was kinda scary/creepy. i jumped a lot, not what i was expecting! but i thought it was pretty good. kinda a lame ending, but not too bad. and DAMN he looks HOT in it!

I LOVED the movie. I thought the ending was great too. The whole thing was really intense. I would love to see it again.

I saw it yesterday and loved it! I didnt think it was scary...very suspensful though!
I cried at least 4x during the movie and at the end...dang hormones! LOL

We say it last night. We'll definitely be buying it when it comes out on DVD! I didn't realize the movie would be scary!!! I kept jumping and flinching all throughout the movie. Luckily I didn't have any drinks or food in my hands...LOL! I was kinda hoping or a different ending, but good movie still!

I saw it last night. I can't even remember the last time I went to a movie theatre I can't believe how much it's changed. $9.00 for a ticket!!! :wow I probably would've protested when my friend brought it up at dinner, but I was well into my 2nd margarita so I was down for anything ::hehe

I screamed so many times. DB said that producers should hire me to sit in movie theatres because my reactions to the scary/jumpy parts make the movie more exciting for everyone! When the movie was over and people were leaving the theatre, my friend overhead people talking and 'the girl that screamed' like had earned celebrity status :lol

It was a very powerful and thought-provoking movie. I would totally recommend seeing it. :thumbsup

I completely agree... you wouldn't be human if it didn't get to you.

I finally saw it the other day. Hubster didn't care for it, he thought there would be more "fight" scenes. I loved it. Scared the crap out of me. Not the actual movie scenes but the whole idea of this could happen, maybe not this exact thing but who knows what'll happen when there's not enough research.

I cried at certain scenes.

My hubby didn't like it either, I think he also thought there'd be more action. Me, I was hiding under the blanket half the time, but it still scared the crap out of me! (I'm a big scaredy-cat.)

I just watched the alternate ending online...all I can say is WOW. That would have changed the whole tone of the movie if they kept that ending.

I like the movie, but I love the book.

We bought the movie on Blu-Ray a couple of weeks ago, there is an alternate ending. I saw the movie in the theater a couple of months ago and I still jumped while watching a few parts! I'm still debating whether I like the alternate ending or not...

This movie was aired onboard the Nimitz shortly after they deployed, DB said. I've been curious to see it ever since. But, if you guys are saying it was scary in parts and it made you jump, I think I may have to take a pass. I just can't handle that in a movie. I'm a wimp.

Will consider the book instead, and just imagine how hot Will Smith looked doing his pull-ups. lol

yeah I saw it and I agree Will Smith is amazing, but Personally I didnt quite like the movie... But I think thats because I was expecting something else. I didnt realize it was about "zombie" sort of things. When I saw it I hadnt seen previews and was only told that it was about a guy that was the last person in New York. So I was expecting something else.
