Most command webpages will have a link to the ombudsman's contact info. If not, maybe you could call the duty office and get it from them.

Have you gotten an answer to this yet? I m n Ombudsman for one of the subs at NOB, so let me know if I can bef help to you. You can also contact Fleet & Family and they should be able to give you a phone number to the ombudsman for your command.
