I just wanted to introduce myself here. :)

I have 4 kids - our 6th year homeschooling. This year my oldest, 5th grade, has been attending the on post school and enjoys it a lot. After the Christmas break, 2 of my others will be going, too. It was a hard decision, but the one that is best for our family right now. We're all excited about it. :)

I will be down to one child at home. He's my 10 year old son, Nathan. He and I have a lot of fun together learning new things. He and I plan on learning how to use a torch to make glass beads (yes, isn't that cool?) and we also hope to make more stained glass pieces. We're working (slowly) through Winterpromise's Sea and Sky program and liking it just fine. He can't wait til we get to the Astronomy part. :) For math he is doing a program for gifted students called EPGY through Stanford University. He really enjoys that, and I like that it's one less thing I have to 'worry' about. We're going to be really working on writing and other language arts skills once the other 3 are at school during the day.
