I have to agree with Tawn on this one. Just put a fake one on your face and try to make it through. Sometimes thats all you really can do. :hugs

My DH left a few days after our 2 year anniversary. It was hard not to think about it, but I made myself have a good time and make the day really special, as much as possible. I didn't want to have any regrets or any "I wish I would have... If only I had..." when he was gone. Plus I knew he was erally sad, too, so I tried to be strong for him.

Good luck no matter what and enjoy your time together :)
