im 2 months into a 15 month deployment...id be interested though!

My hubby leaves in 7 days and he will be gone to Camp Rustimayha Iraq for 12-15 months I need ALL THE HELP I can get. Thanks for all who respond.

Well, mine leaves the 13th for Iraq- I guess I'm fortunate because it's not 15 months but it still totally sucks!! I'd love to help in any way!!!!

3 months in country......total of 8 months away from home thus far (5 mos of training, only home for a total of 3 weeks out of that 5 months).......I'm in.

I'm at almost 5 months of a 15 month deployment. It's getting hard! Not that it wasn't before lol...but with r&r in 2 months sometimes I just want to scream!

Im 9 months into a 15 month deployment. Id like to support the other girls and be supported too, we all need help no matter how far along in the deployment we are.

15 months is way too long!! My hubby left 1/7/08.

I'm going through a fifteen month deployment, heading for the home stretch, but still interested in supporting/support.

I haven't gone through a deployment yet, but I will be this summer and it will be for 15 months. I'm going to need all the preparation and support I can get

Mine is 2 months into a 15 month deployment at rustamiyah as well

my hubby is in Camp Rustamiyah... 2 months down...and 10 more to go...seems like forever!

I'm in....I need as much support as I can get. It wasn't so bad all the other times but this time I'm overseas in Germany away from everyone so its very lonely. We're 6 months through our 15 month deployment. We've already had R&R 3 months ago so time has been dragging for us....

So I was thinking that we should all pick a night and time that would be good once a week and get on and chat with each other first to get to know one another and vent ect.
So what nights and times are best for you ladies?

don't forget OPSEC ladies.... no dates of when they leave, or when they come back...

I am halfway through a 13 month deployment.My db is deployed to Iraq :(. I am taking it one day at a time and hopefully I get to enjoy R&R sometime soon in April but I am definately gonna need extra help when he heads out to Iraq again after R&R. Just pm me if anyone needs to talk :hugehug

i feel blessed just because im so much farther along we are than others. deployment sucks!!!!!

On a positive note...what we were told was going to be a 15 monther is looking to be much closer to a 14 monther. I'll take whatever I can get to make it feel shorter:wub
