I made this up tonight. We're making chicken over salad with my homemade dressing and I didn't want the chicken to overpower the salad!
It's really good and the kids (L) it!

2 cups of Rice Crispy Cereal
2-3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tbsp (I think) of powdered sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp water
chicken tenderloins
Vegetable oil for frying

Crunch up rice crispy cereal coarsely. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Beat egg and water in a large bowl. Add chicken to egg & water mixture. Coat well with mixture. Coat with dry mixture. Fry in oil. Drain on papertowels.
