It's probable. I don't know. This whole thing is a big sad mess and I feel for everyone involved. All her Marine buddies, her family, the unit she was in.

According to the USMJ during war time rape is punishable by death too. I didnt know that, DH told me. I think that dude is gonna be found soon and will never be free again. I wonder if his wife knew.
