This pissed me off...

If your friends are REAL friends then - if you get on their nerves by doing these things - they'll just tell you.

If your friends AREN'T real friends then they'll bail out on you without cluing you in on much.

And why on earth do they equate friendship to going out and doing stuff together? Is this the only way to be a friend - go and hang out :mumble.

Overall, unstated point of the article is that if you have shallow friendships they'll crumble quickly when your life changes and evolves into something that's not all about YOU and hanging out.
Time to make NEW friends that actually will stick around through all the flu-and-poo stories you have to share.
