Looks like we are getting the house we put an offer on this weekend. We had offered about $11,500 less then she was asking but it has been on the market for almost a year so with the stipulation that she can take the 1970's Harvest Gold fridge (what a loss right) and the we close by the end of the month she is coming down $9,900! This is so awesome- the commute is not going to be fun (1hr) but I will get to come home to DB every night, not have to deal with the idiots in my apt. complex and have a yard for the fur babies! I am soooooo excited. Plus he called this morning & will be home in time for closing :cp
