I'm wanting to make a cd w/ a bunch of great songs that just make you feel proud to be an American!!! One of my favorites is "Letter's From the War" by Mark Schultz (I believe!) What are some of y'alls favorites??

Well asides from "The Star Spangled Banner"-- makes me teary every time, I'll say, "America the Beautiful," performed by Ray Charles.

I have always loved "You're a Grand Old Flag" as well!

Ray Charles' "America the Beautiful" is an awesome song! And "All-American Girl" by Carrie Underwood is really good too. I don't know if that qualifies as a "patriotic" song, but I like it! :lol

My favorite is "Proud to be an American".... I LOVE that song :) Everytime I hear it, the radio volume gets turned up and I'm singing at the top of my lungs!
