What do you think of the name Hayley Jane ..??

i really liked Hayley Michelle but i know it would mean a lot to Dh to named her after his grandmother who passed away about a year ago .. Her name was Janet and my grandmas name was Joann, and my other grandmas name is Janeen...

So if we go with Jane it could kind of account for everyone.. ?

Personally I'm partial to the Michelle part but how could I not be :) but I love Hayley Jane is is adorable!

I like it! All my kids middle names have a meaning. First one has his dad's name as his middle, Second has my dad's as the middle. And Gracie is I think the 5th generation on my dad's side to have the same middle name, kind of a family tradition for girls. I like it when it means something.

i just ran it by DH .. Hes been really picky so i wanted to make sure i liked it before i mentioned it and he was SO HAPPY to have the baby named after his grandmother, it means a lot to him.. So yay we will make a lot of people happy!! ((But most importantly us, and its a cute name!)

I really like Hayley Jane ALLOT it really rolls off the toungue well and the sentimental value behind jane is just terrific. I say it's a keeper!

I like it, it really reminds me of Halee Jade from one of eminem's songs though.. but i've always loved the name Hayley, halee etc.

Were werent gonna call her hayley michelle as one name, just Hayley and michelle as a middle name....

Oh me and my DH went over lots of names...Haley was the one we decided on..then come to find out...someone in his platoon is naming there daughter that too..and we didn't want the same name so it was back to the drawing boards! We now are at Emma Jo...Jo being my middle name, so far no one near us is using that name...I was talking to my doctor...and she says its the first time she's heard anyone give that name of her patients...

Haha....I practiced yelling it for you...and it definitely rolls off of your tongue, so there would not be much tripping over your words when you're disciplining her! I've always liked it spelled Hayleigh, but that's only because I'm in love with any "ly" ending of a name being spelled Leigh. Good job though!! It gets my vote!

LOL me too !!! DH thinks Hayleigh is too much though, but i have a few more months :wink
