No real news, but wow that was weird. No one told me to drink water before the procedure so I had to down 48 oz of water and wait for my bladder to fill.

It wasn't as bad as I thought but it took longer then I figured.

She said the dr would get the results on Tuesday then I have to go back in and get her to tell me how it all went.

That's really weird, I had to ensure that my bladder was empty before they ddid my internal u/s. In fact, they made me use the toilet twice before they did it :lol

It depends on what they're trying to view - a full bladder will move to a different position within the abdomen.

Yes I would understand that. I just figured they were trying to look at her ovaries and uterus, which is what they were doing during mine :dunno

Some clinics ask you to have one exam with a full bladder and one with an empty bladder so they can view the entire pelvic region. I know that you can get a different view of the ovaries and uterus depending on the status of your bladder but I don't know the specifics.
