hey my fiance is stationed is san diego right now. he said hes taking an AO test whatever that is to maybe get sent to leemore. no clue where or whatever if theres mroe than base im clueless but yeah. anyone know what the AO test is???

Its actually Lemoore, not Leemore. We were stationed there for 5 years.

We're in Lemoore. AO test is Aviation Ordinance (sp?)...it deals with missles on the jets.

Is he in A-School?

I knew what AO stands for, I just wasn't sure about the test is referring to.

Sounds like he may be striking for the AO rate. I was in Lemoore in 95-97 so I am sure things have changed. I know there are more commands there now than when I was there. I was in VFA-125.

im not sure. he just said that there is a "thing" where u take an AO test to get off the ship and get sent to lemoore or something. he's not the greatest at grammar so maybe he messed up his email but it sounds right!

We are in Lemoore. We will be here for another 3 years. It isn't far from where you are. Not really alot around here, but if you drive about 40 minutes there is lots to do. My DH is an AO, but I have not idea what an AO test is.
