it's gross but it was the only thing that worked while I was preggo!
Take 1tsp on baking soda and mix it with warm water then drink... it tastes like ass but it works really fast!

a tbsp of apple cider vinegar gross but works

For me either tums or peppermint. Like the soft peppermint sticks that come out around Christmas time or some stores have them all year round, I carry those most places with me and either suck on them or just chew them up and it seems to help if you don't want to constantly be popping tums.

I'll be the odd one and say I (L)'d eating Tums and drinking ice cold water! :rofl

I had to use Zantac 75 because Tums wouldn't touch it. Good luck!

I was addicted to the fruit flavoured Tums. I bought them in mass quantaties! Oh and when I couldn't sleep in bed I would sleep in the recliner.

I drank milk and took TUMS at it helped some.
