We are having another couple over the weekend after next for fight night since we have HBO and they don't and I know that we are gonna make some hot wings and I was thinking of frying some sweet plantains too....does anyone else have any quick and easy ideas that would be good to eat on while watching the fights....FYI..it's the del la Hoya fight we are watching!!
