ya you do. You need to ask him which ones they are using there. my DH was at Al Asad using one kinda and then tranfered basis and had to only use one kinda of another

i think it depends on where your SO is being deployed to. my DB can only use AT&T International Calling Cards. you'll most likely have to ask him once he gets there.

There sre no stupid questions here Phone cards look into the USO they give free phone cards to the soldiers over there its a shot!

Just ask him which ones they should know what phone service they use. DB has AT&T and I send him those international calling cards but I think every base is different.
