Love em or hate em???

On the good days I like them because it gives me a SOLID number to hang onto...

So anyone else here have a love/hate relationship with their tickers? :giggle

i love em when i go away for a few days and then come back to them...or when i have the willpower to not check them everyday...otherwise they make me a little upset...hahaha, but it's still exciting to see how far we've made it!!!

I feel about the same way When I don't look at it for a few days, its awesome to see how long it has been, but then there are times where a few days seems like an eternity and you just want to punch your ticker in the throat and say hurry up already.

I love them. They help me to take each day one day at a time, and the longer my husband is gone, it enables me to see how far we have made it, and how little we have to go. In the past year, I have always loved mine.

My ticker isn't moving very fast. I swear it should say 1 year, 5 months and 6 days!!!! At least that is how I feel. :(

I feel the same way...we were just down to 4 weeks left and got extended two weeks. Now I know it is only TWO weeks, but it feels like 2 YEARS!

it's both for me depending on my mood. But the time seems to be moving pretty fast for me. a little under 2 weeks left for us :o)

I have a love hate relationship with mine. I had to learn that no matter how long or hard I stared at it or what names I called it, it wasn't going to go any faster. Now, I am pretty good about not checking it everyday. Right now, I am just excited that it says a month and it feels like I am getting somewhere!

I do not look at mine very often but when I do, uggg , so I guess I hate it for now but when it starts saying something like "yay, it's today", I will be happy with it, then
I can kill it.. LOL

I only look at mine every now and again, but most of the time I hate it because it never says what I want it to.

I love having one when he's gone because it gives me something to look forward to, and lets me know how long I have already made it. I try to keep it as a positive thing.

I like the ticker now. When I just got it it took FOREVER to move to one month. Now it seems that when I get the chance to notice it it just flies. I don't mind it at all. :D

seeing how fast the time goes by, and knowing i am that much closer to my Dh.

I agree with some of the other girls. As long as I don't look at it everyday then I'm ok. When I do look at it everyday it just makes the time seem like it's going so slow.

I can't stand this count up one....shows how long it really has been...I prefer the count down ones because they only have 2 numbers on them:grin:
