I normally don't take naps and I am good to go, but since I found out I was pregnant I am tired all the time. DH says its my body telling me I need more rest (eventhough I get 8 or more at night) so I nap in the early afternoon about everyday. I didn't yesterday and was dragging and so sick last night.
