Honestly and some people will probably give me/him grief for it, but dh has never been interested in politics. I however am a democrat much to the chagrin of my republican parents. :)

I am a Democrat, he is a Libertarian. :P We are both VERY into politics and discuss it all the time. :D

Jason has NO interest whatsoever in politics. He won't talk to me about anything political, he won't really talk about anything political at all with anyone, and he always claims to have "no feelings" on ANY issue that I EVER bring up. Sometimes I can get him to say he agrees or disagrees or usually it's just "Well, whatever, it doesn't matter" but my biggest beef with him is that he WON"T VOTE. Especially for someone in the military, that shocks me, but he just WON'T. I voted for him absentee last election and will also be doing the same this year. So, he will be voting Dem by my choice :lmao His reasoning is "we don't get to really pick the president anyway, our vote doesn't matter"... I disagree, but he won't budge on it.

don't feel bad my dh has never voted in an election either. His whole i don't care attitude really bugs me too.

I'm a Libertarian who votes for the best candidate. He is interested in politics, but doesn't have a specific party he identifies with. He aslo votes for the best candidate.

I am registered Independent, I don't know about Jason but we both have more conservative views about most things and agree on all the issues we've ever discussed.

I am very moderate when it comes to politics, I am pretty much split down the middle. DF honestly said, "You would think since I fight for our rights and the right to vote, I would want to. But after working for Uncle Sam, I don't care anymore!" Kind of sad...

Neither of us would associate ourselves with any specific party but we both tend to lean more towards the democratic ideas.

We are both registered Independent, but I am very liberal. DH never was very interested in politics, but the last general election I made him watch debates and talk about issues with me, so he is much more interested now, and leans more toward the liberal side.

i am republican he is democrat(because his parents are). His parents tried to tell me since I married into the family I have to convert.... not a chance. I wish DH would do some research on what is really important to him and make his own choice. I would not ever push him to be republican, i just dont like the fact that he votes for who his parents tell him to.

I what I call a conservative Democrat, tho I could be called a liberal Republican. I'm pretty much right down the middle. B/c of some key issues, I registered Democrat. My dh is Independent. He's really liberal in some issues, and really conservative in others. He's an enigma. I love him!
