Wait for poll! rosebud* 02-06-2008, 12:01 PM :taptap :waiting :imwaiting mrs_ski 02-06-2008, 12:02 PM :lol Germanchick 02-06-2008, 12:02 PM Hope I got them all. :lmao navyaowife2005 02-06-2008, 12:03 PM we are both pretty much republican LaneyBug 02-06-2008, 12:04 PM Hope I got them all. :lmao Think you did a great job! We are both Reps. rosebud* 02-06-2008, 12:04 PM ok i take back my tapping guy, you had a lot to type. :giggle Honestly and some people will probably give me/him grief for it, but dh has never been interested in politics. I however am a democrat much to the chagrin of my republican parents. :) Wicked 02-06-2008, 12:04 PM All of those choices and I STILL had to pick other... I am a Democrat, he is a Libertarian. :P We are both VERY into politics and discuss it all the time. :D mrs_ski 02-06-2008, 12:05 PM I am Independant, he is Republican deensam00 02-06-2008, 12:08 PM I am a republican and he's a democrat, but lately I have fallen more into the Independent area. But who knows anything now, politics is a crap shoot:dunno Rachael 02-06-2008, 12:15 PM we are pretty interested in it now, and he is very much a republican and I am a democrat. It's hilarious to argue with hubster about different things KatReborn 02-06-2008, 12:16 PM We are both Democrats, but we both know we would vote for a Republican if there was one out there we believed would be best for the job. Brandi 02-06-2008, 12:33 PM I don't know what I am, so I chose independent. I tend to agree more with dems and will absolutely be voting dem this election, but I don't know if I "AM" a dem. Jason has NO interest whatsoever in politics. He won't talk to me about anything political, he won't really talk about anything political at all with anyone, and he always claims to have "no feelings" on ANY issue that I EVER bring up. Sometimes I can get him to say he agrees or disagrees or usually it's just "Well, whatever, it doesn't matter" but my biggest beef with him is that he WON"T VOTE. Especially for someone in the military, that shocks me, but he just WON'T. I voted for him absentee last election and will also be doing the same this year. So, he will be voting Dem by my choice :lmao His reasoning is "we don't get to really pick the president anyway, our vote doesn't matter"... I disagree, but he won't budge on it. Theresa 02-06-2008, 12:35 PM Basically, neither of us is very interested in politics. He definitely pays more attention to them than I do though. Donna 02-06-2008, 12:38 PM we are both republican. but I have way more interest in it than he does. rosebud* 02-06-2008, 12:38 PM I don't know what I am, so I chose independent. I disagree, but he won't budge on it. don't feel bad my dh has never voted in an election either. His whole i don't care attitude really bugs me too. gottli10 02-06-2008, 12:39 PM I'm a democrat, DH is a republican... we bicker non-stop on politics!! *Samantha* 02-06-2008, 12:40 PM I'm a democrat, hes a republican Joelschic 02-06-2008, 12:41 PM We are both republican. Corenn 02-06-2008, 12:43 PM I'm rep.. and he is too...but he doesn't give a crap about politics..i had to update and teach him about whos running for pres. He wanted to pick someone just cause they looked nice...LOL he's got me now so he'll be informed!!! Theresa 02-06-2008, 12:50 PM I will say though that we both tend to favor republican views. jennypage 02-06-2008, 12:54 PM I'm a dem and he's a republican... but I think both of us talk enough about what we think about stuff that we are both swaying from our "leftist" and "conservative" views to more middle ground. I even think he's gonna vote for Obama this election. Not by anything I said or did, but thats what he brought up on the phone this morning! I almost fell out of my chair! :eek MontanaSweetie 02-06-2008, 01:04 PM I'm a Democrat, he is Independent. harrisonsdream 02-06-2008, 01:32 PM i'm republican and he could care less. LoveMyHalos 02-06-2008, 01:35 PM I'm democrat and he's republican Berkley 02-06-2008, 01:36 PM I put other. We are Repub in some ways Dem in others. We pretty much 100% agree on every issue jen1982 02-06-2008, 01:36 PM We both consider ourselves Independent, but lean to the left on most issues. Of course there are differences in the way we feel about certain issues, but mostly it's how we think things should be handled, not our opinion on the issue it's self. Fidzy 02-06-2008, 01:37 PM We both consider ourselves Independent, but lean to the left on most issues. Of course there are differences in the way we feel about certain issues, but mostly it's how we think things should be handled, not our opinion on the issue it's self. Ditto for us! :D baby.blue.eyes 02-06-2008, 01:37 PM I'm a Libertarian who votes for the best candidate. He is interested in politics, but doesn't have a specific party he identifies with. He aslo votes for the best candidate. wb3690 02-06-2008, 02:07 PM I am a democrat and he's and independent. mara_jade81 02-06-2008, 05:15 PM I am registered Independent, I don't know about Jason but we both have more conservative views about most things and agree on all the issues we've ever discussed. wisend85 02-06-2008, 05:19 PM I am very moderate when it comes to politics, I am pretty much split down the middle. DF honestly said, "You would think since I fight for our rights and the right to vote, I would want to. But after working for Uncle Sam, I don't care anymore!" Kind of sad... Bryanna 02-06-2008, 05:20 PM Neither of us would associate ourselves with any specific party but we both tend to lean more towards the democratic ideas. We are both pretty liberal and agree on most things :) i voted other because we both choose not to be a member of any party -- including independent Kris 02-06-2008, 05:21 PM I guess that we are independents I am not sure we agree with different aspects of each party and disagree with others. We both agree and disagree on the same stuff bookchick 02-06-2008, 06:03 PM We are both registered Independent, but I am very liberal. DH never was very interested in politics, but the last general election I made him watch debates and talk about issues with me, so he is much more interested now, and leans more toward the liberal side. MSJackson 02-06-2008, 06:10 PM i am republican he is democrat(because his parents are). His parents tried to tell me since I married into the family I have to convert.... not a chance. I wish DH would do some research on what is really important to him and make his own choice. I would not ever push him to be republican, i just dont like the fact that he votes for who his parents tell him to. Mego0427 02-06-2008, 06:39 PM I am a republican by RI's standards but a Democrat by the US's standards and he is a republican breechum 02-06-2008, 06:46 PM I'm not that interested in politics but I lean more towards the right. Dh is Republican 100% and is totally into it. He can talk about it for hours with anyone who wants to. Crystal520 02-06-2008, 06:57 PM We aren't into politics! goldilockz 02-06-2008, 07:08 PM Although we aren't interested in politics, we vote depending on the issues and the politician's stance. silent_earth 02-06-2008, 07:19 PM We are both Democrats MomWifeMe 02-06-2008, 07:26 PM we're both democrats and very into politics. Talk about it all the time....Actually he drives me crazy sometimes with it. We CAN talk about something else sometimes. DianeS 02-06-2008, 07:45 PM We are both Republicans flangl18 02-06-2008, 08:31 PM We are both republican leaning, amazing since he grew up in a dem household....LOL. But, he isn't really as interested in politics as I am. He just emailed me to say he had done his absentee ballot and as he mailed it, prayed for no Billary in the White House...LOL.... MissAmyB 02-06-2008, 08:36 PM I what I call a conservative Democrat, tho I could be called a liberal Republican. I'm pretty much right down the middle. B/c of some key issues, I registered Democrat. My dh is Independent. He's really liberal in some issues, and really conservative in others. He's an enigma. I love him! ash 02-06-2008, 08:38 PM i voted what my household will be. 2 dems :giggle MIKOSWIFEY 02-07-2008, 12:09 PM Neither of us takes much of an interest in politics. |
