So my doc said I should ovulate 5-10 days after Clomid. I finished my last day on Feb. 1st. I have been using the OPT and it was + yesterday and today...but then I go and read that Clomid could cause a false +. WTH? So am I ovulating or not:arg I have been slightly emotional today..which is REALLY unusual for me..but :dunno

Anyhoo, my question.. Could I be ovulating and how do I figure it out ...I REALLY dont want to miss it:D

I never got false +OPKs on Clomid. :)
I would get start negatives then it would be positive!
If I took the Clomid CD3-7 I would ovulate on CD17 and if I took the Clomid CD5-9 I would ovulate on CD19... like clock work.
I think its save to say you are ovulating Kathy!! :D

See, he wrote me an order for a blood test on d26.. I took the clomid on d5-9..and this is D14..it just seems too early to me. I have been temping, but only the last 3 days cause I was tired of people asking me:P and today my temp was lower.

I have decided this whole TTC is CRAP! why cant it just be easy:duh:arg I just wanna :sex and :preggo IT SHOULD BE THAT EASY!

Usually, you don't actually ovulate the day of a positive... you ovulate sometime in the next 24-72 hours. The OPK just picks up the LH surge prior to your actually ovulation, but your LH surge is OPTIMUM time to be having sex, b/c it means you're very close to ovulating. So, I'd most definitely get to it! :giggle

I never had a false pos on OPK's while on Clomid either. I'd say if it says pos than get to it cuz you don't want to miss it. Every day till you chart confirms O. Thats what we did! Good luck!

I never got a false + on clomid. Only the real deal. Start doing that deed. You want those spermies up there waiting for that eggie!

Sounds like you will probably be Oing sometime in the next 24-48 hours, so I would most definitely be getting those swimmer up there NOW! Are you at work right now? You need to be at home :sex :suspect

I am at home..but he isnt:sigh but we got 2 good days of :sex and I'll get it tonight again :hehe
