What's the temp like in there?
I go to the gym here on base sometimes, and it's sooo dang hot in there. It's upstairs which might be some of the problem. It is sooo warm though, like when you walk in the door you feel the temp difference. So when you start working out, man oh man! Too much sweating for me. Am I missing something, or don't you think it would be cooler?

Well dang. I was wondering if there was something scientific I wasn't sure about :lol I mentioned it once to someone who worked there, but yeah... it's the same.

If I ever go to our gym, I'm always in the pool. But when walking through the rest of the facility it's definitely n the warmer side, but there's a lot of people putting out.

:lol Yup, it's almost a muggy feeling. Makes me feel gross walking in there! But I don't wanna shell out for a bike and treadmill! :lol

the gym we go to doesn't have a certain temperature. lol sometimes it's freezing and sometimes it's hot. I think it depends on who's working that night/day...
