Yes, but I use the purple one and I have to swish for a minute. It burns but if you use the recommended 2 tsps, it doesn't hurt as bad. :lol

When i used that brand i did it for the full 30 sec. It burns like a mother though!!!! But i am now a Crest Pro Health user..my daddy is a dentist and that's what he suggested i use :o)
