Since DB has been at port I have not gotten any e-mails.
I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this or if it is just my DB not e-mailing me.

they will cut email while in port sometimes. it's natural no worries.

I've had problems with DB's emails too. Even when he's in port, the server is sometimes broken.

No worries. THey are often extremely busy even in port. Plus they need the time to get off the boat and relax. Don't take it personal and don't worry, at least not yet! =)

Is he on the Truman? I prob got one email from DH that was from the ship..other than that we talked on AIM..so there may be problems with the ship mail :dunno Hope you hear from him soon! They leave very soon, so hopefully everything will be running back to normal by then!

Yes he's on the Truman. I got an e-mail when they first pulled in, but then nothing :dunno maybe I'm just getting all worked up over nothing. Thank you I hope I hear from him too.

The email has been screwed up since they got into port. It gets better once they leave port, for some reason. Yesterday it was REALLY bad...lagged something awful. I got 72 emails from my dh that he had sent in attempt to keep a conversation going with me, hehe.

i wouldn't worry too much, that has happened to me before.

When Dh has been in port I don't get emails really. And usually for my DH it is not because the email is down. They get no days off, but the days that they port so he is usually taking advantage of the free time. Or sometimes they have watch while they are in port too. I wouldn't really worry much.

I dont get why my Dh can not get on AIM but yours can? we have aol for our regular email so he tried to get on there and it was blocked?

DH's email goes down when they are pulling in and out. Right now his is so slow and he's doing neither!!

My DH can't get any kind of instant messaging either. I wish!!!

LOL that's what I said!! No, he was resending emails a lot, thinking maybe it got lost...then he thought I was busy, so he continued the conversation..then he started sending me pictures from this last port call...
