Okay, so DH and I married in November (I'm sure a lot of you already knew this). It was a small, quick thing because we knew he was deploying and we're having a huge ceremony and all the rest when he returns. That basically leaves me with the rest of the planning *insert stress here* So now, everyone is trying to keep me busy.

Well, lately my MOH along with others have been guilt tripping me into trying to stay busy. It's not that I'm not busy.. because I'm always doing something lately but she wants me to head to Albany NY with her for a St. Patty's Day party with DH's best man, which is fine. I'm not sure I'm really ready for a road trip, but I told her I'd think about it. You see, MOH and Best Man have been trying to get into a relationship and I don't want to be the third wheel. She's seriously trying to guilt trip me into going... and I know she's gonna wanna get hot and heavy with him while I'm there. It really bothers me. Does this happen to anyone else? It's not that I don't wanna go.. I just don't want to be around that right now.. its too hard.. especially knowing that they're both in my wedding.

Any thoughts? Does this make sense? :whatever

Sure I have a hard time around other couples from time to time BUT then I have to shame shame myself and just think how wonderful it was when DB and I were falling in love and how I would give anything to be with him now and I can't let that negative stuff interupt my friendships or support for my friends...on another note woudl make for a very akward wedding should they hook up now and then things went bad and well you know how that would be. Maybe approach it from that angle????

I mean, they almost already did hook up once and there was a lot of weirdness while we were in the initial stages of planning the wedding... and I'm stressed out enough.

I should so NOT spill the beans on here BUT I totally was in a wedding party and hooked up with one of the groomsmen YEARS AGO at one of best friends wedding. Well it was after the rehersal dinner lets just say the day of the wedding when we all poured out of the limo and the guys were waiting in a line bu the church entrance it was a little uncomfortable...good thing was we all burst into laughter about it and stayed good friends. CRAZY shit we do when we are DRUNK and young hahahahahaha.....hoep it works out! It could get weird fast....or maybe they really would make a good couple???
