I know he told his queer friend he thought one of them was "hott" WTF?! it makes me feel soo ugly and not what he wants. We haven't talked in 3 days, and I can't tell him I know he said this. He said it the same night he last called me 3 days ago saying how much he misses me and can't wait to be with me again, because he comes home for 4 days in 3 1/2 weeks. awesome, but i'm mad. i'm mad he's looking at other girls, and i'm wondering if he's talking to them. it's not that i don't trust him, i'm just feeling very insecure. i know guys have cheated while they've been deployed and he tells me not to worry.. how can i not worry?! i don't know maybe i'm just nuts, but has anyone else ever been miserable knowing there's girls at the forts? sadbdfgh

You have to try to not think about it! (I know thats easier said than done!) I think just about every guy has a hard time NOT noticing another girls looks...but it doesn't mean he thinks she's hotter than you or anything!! UGH well if it makes you feel any better DB had be rolling one night in fits of laughter talking about the Iraq 10....sooooo this is soooo bad that I am going to say this but apparently stereotypically (NO ONE freak out here!!!) many of the women there are not as attractive as us hotties back home sooooo ya know an Iraqi 9 might be a back home 4 on a scale from 1-10....I bet she's just and Iraqi 7...:-) I would be insecure too I knwo DB has no women where he is. BUT he LOVES you...and come on we all look at the menu even when we're on a diet its human nature to find people attractive. It will be OK. Try not to let the jealousy get the best of you!!!

I wouldn't get too flustered hun. I know I look at guys all the time and think they are attractive but have no feelings beyond that. It's natural to admire beauty. Thinking someone is cute or whatever doesn't automatically mean you (or him in this case) wants to sleep with them.

All men look at woman and all men think other woman are hot besides there SO if people try and say other wise they are crazy. All woman look at men and all women think other men are hot and almost all men will say something to another dude about it. Its human nature and shouldnt bother you :D

ugh, when df and I first started dating he would always comment about how so and so was hot. It really hurt me. Here I am sitting at home, not even looking the direction of another guy and you are spouting your mouth off? Luckily, the longer we have dated the less he talks about that kind of stuff. Try to realize he may think that girl is hot but he loves you and misses you. As long as he never crosses the line then he can think other girls are hot but I understand why you are hurt. I would be too.

There are days that I feel insecure as well but you need to be more open minded. If all he did was say that someone was hot, then big deal. I am the most faithful, and loyal person ever! And I say and think guys are hot all the time. I have hot friends, I have hot classmates in college, at work, even some of my professors! It's ok to say someone is hot! I don't have feelings for these people or think that they are in any way shape or form better than my man! If DB said some chick was hot, then so be it. He's with you for a reason, and that reason is probably because he loves you, and thinks you're most beautiful, most perfect woman for him! And I bet he does miss you so much! I hope you don't stay mad because there are a lot worse things out there than this. I bet she has nothing on you anyways!
There are a lot of good looking people in this world. You, me, DB, heck even my grandmother still checks people out! It's normal, and natural and someone most people can't help! I'm a people watcher, which doesn't automatically assume that Im checking out other guys, I might just be looking at them, noticing what they're doing, wearing etc etc etc. Don't get mad! HE LOVES YOU!!!

It is understandable that you feel insecure, we all do at times. But at the same time we always look at other people too. I am very faithful to DF and he is to me, but we look at other people all the time. In fact when we are together I will tell him I think the girl is pretty too. I am sure he still loves you, but he is probably always going to look and so are you. :hugs

DB thinks the worst of most military women because they go out of their way to throw themselves at the men, and if they are denied they scream sexual harrassment...well aware of that the military has a zero tolerance on issues like that. I've seen it first hand and it is sad. I'm sure DB looks, but at the end of the day I refuse to let that negativity into our relationship. That's where trust & faith come in at. It's hard because being here ALONE causes all kinds of insecurities and feelings.

thank you all for the advice! it helps! he called tonight and explained that there are girls there, but he's not with them and doesn't speak to them. he loves me and misses me and that's it. he said he wouldn't jeopordize our relationship or his career in the army for a stupid army girl =]

im just crazy. missing him and dealing with my own stress i guess
