Well I just got home from L&D.

I didn't feel Peyton move the entire day long! I drank gallons of water, ate snacks, shook my belly, laid objects on my belly (she normally kicks them)... I did everything I could and she wouldn't move at all. So I was freaking out!!

I called around midnight and went in and 2 minutes after they hooked me up to the moniters she started kicking and rolling around :arg. She made me look like an idiot!! But I am soooo glad she is ok and was just being mean to mommy for a few hours! :imwaiting

All week long I have been in the "I want a baby" mood and have been so excited and anxious to meet her... SOOOOO when she wasn't moving today I freaked out! I wanted to cry and was so freakin scared!

So it's normal for me to have days where she doesn't move much? They didn't really tell me anything at the doctor or tonight at L&D so I don't know!?!

Yes its normal as they get bigger they start to run out of room and can move less frequently OR they are moving when you are sleeping and sleeping when you are moving and you miss it.

Aw! Poor thing. I know how you feel. I did the same thing a few times actually. lol! For me they would give me NST (I was gestational diabetic) and she wouldn't move a lot or something and they would send my to L/D and as soon as she was hooked up she would be going crazy in there. lol!
It is normal for them to slow down though. It just means that she is getting bigger and its almost time for her to come. lol!

glad to hear she is still doing well... like what pp said... as they get bigger they stop moving like circus freaks... and start slowing down... when in doubt it never hurts to call the doc.

Lilly did that few times... esp after I had fallen on that sheet of ice... that scared the living crap out of me ( b/c remember I told you she was breech ) so I had fallen on her head. After that anytime I didn't feel her at all I started to freak. The nurses at the hospital and I were on a first named bases and they were so sweet.

That's the worst! It's happened to me twice, both times I wouldn't feel him move for 3-4 hours so I'd go in, all worried and upset, and as soon as they would tighten the monitor around my stomach he'd start beating them! I felt like an idiot!!!
