Ingredients:
Refrigerated canned biscuits (the cheapest work best)
Cinnamon and sugar, mixed together for coating
Deep fryer with oil (350-375 degrees)
Directions:
Take a small film container and press it into the center of each biscuit making donut and hole... then put into heated oil to fry. Turn donuts after the first side is browned nicely. When done, remove from oil immediately and coat in cinnamon sugar. I put mine in a plastic zip bag and shake well to coat.
These are best eaten the same day!

I made these and I was SO disappointed. They turned out so oily even my kids wouldn't eat them.
a tip I have for them: if you don't have a deep fryer, use an electric skillet. Its got built in temp. settings.

I don't have a deep fryer, but I have fried these in a big cast-iron skillet before(use a candy thermometer).

I've done these forever. I use powdered sugar. Never had an oil problem. I drain them well

Why do you assume I "always" get things of line? I have books and books of recipes and sometimes just don't feel like typing all of it out so copy & paste works just as well. Yes, I have tried these... I don't always use a deep fryer, my cast iron skillet works just as well, better at times...
** Note, powdered sugar works pretty good too.
