well i went to wal mart today and bought the bebe sounds prenatal heart listener, where you can hear, record, and email your babies heart beat and movements. Well i would not suggest buying it, it doesnt work, the price is $20 and so not worth the price just wanted to let you guys know so you didnt go out and buy it :D

I bought one when I was pregnant with ds....it didn't work for me either...i was totally bummed, what a waste of $$$

Yep it's a piece of crap and a waste of money. I took mine to the doctor with me and he couldn't even make it work! lol

i had one when i was preggo and the onlly way i could get it to work was to be in total silence. i agree it is a waste of money

I think there was maybe once I actually heard DD's heartbeat and I was wellllll far along when that happened.. :yes

It's not a doppler its just a microphone. Mine worked for both of my pregnancies I just would lay in a quite room and put it on for about 30 min. You have to train yourself to what you are trying to hear and it is designed to be used for the last half of the pregnancy. Its not the greatest thing in the world but it worked for what i wanted it for. I also used mine to read to Darian when he was in the womb I had the two headphone set up.

I got one as a gift when I was pregnant with DS and it never worked...still doesnt.
