I have a horrible cold. My nose is completely stuffed up and I can't breathe and my throat is on fire and Im coughing and sneezing. I called my OB and the nurse said I could take anything made by Tylenol for cold and cough. Is that sound right? Im just sooo paranoid but I need some relief! :eek

that's what my doctors told me too.... i never took anything besides regular tylenol though. took hot showers and stuff to de congest

Go to the drug store and get a netti pot to irrigate your sinuses :D

It's a little thing with a spout that you put luke warm water in and some saline solution (the pot usually comes with it) and you irrigate your nose with it. It feels funny but clears out your sinuses.
