Is it okay to drink a cup of chamomile tea? It's caffeine free. I just thought some hot tea would be nice and soothing.

Cori you can have a cup of any kind of tea! Just don't have more than 1! I actually have 1 cup of coffee in the am, and 1 cup of tea later in the morning. Or vice versa. Doc and midwife told me that it was perfectly fine :D

Sure can. I was downing peppermint & chamomile while I was in labor :lol

Oh that is awesome Steph! All I got was ice chips :sick and after 10 hrs they let me have a peppermint to suck on :mumble

As far as I know it's ok... I just had some yesterday.
