If you go over the usage amount...when do they charge you...? is it at the end when you move out or do they do a month to month thing and take it out of your check...:dunno

They wont charge you unless you consistently go over. From what I have heard, is that you have to start paying it monthly once they do make you pay it. Then after like 6 months if you have kept your usage down you can have them review your usuage to be reinstated that they cover it again.

ok..good...cause it's be freaking cold as all get out here and we haven't recieved anything about going over...i'm just afraid that when we move in a couple of months they'll be like SURPRISE :fetti you owe us 50 million dollars... :no

I am sure that more than likely your neighbors have been running the heat just as much if it has been cold. And they use an average of all houses, so I think you will be fine.
