My childhood asthma seems to be kicking back in, but it only acts up when I AM doing something.

However I do recall from my previous pregnancies how hard it gets to breathe when you get as far along as you just because the baby is taking up your lung space.

do you remember back in like elementary PE class where you would stand and raise your arms abover your head, and while you are raising them you would breath in real deep through your nose (for a count of 4) and then slowly lower your arms and breath out through your mouth (for a count of 8). Because I do those when i feel really out of breath (usually after walking up our two damn flights of stairs to our apt) and it really helps to like expand my lung capasity!

Hope that helps!

I have been getting that feeling ALL the time!! If it happens a lot at night you could try sleeping in kind of a reclining position, it helps keep the baby lower down and out of your lungs :D

Yep, and nothing makes it stop for me. Not laying, standing, reclining, I usually just have to tough it out :(
