Well my DB has been deployed and before he left he told me that once he comes home if we made it through things would definalty get serious. Now the deployment end is in sight and Im getting my hopes up soo high for a proposal and he knows this because we kinda talk about it a lot..joking mostly... but he never tells me to like shut up or anything :lol

prepare for the worst but hope for the best is my philosophy. If you get your hopes up too much it can really hurt. Just appreciate the fact that he is home and safe and go from there!

I wouldn't expect it...that might make it harder when it doesn't happen! But hopefully if it doesn't it will soon after he gets back...maybe there will be some ring shopping in your future!!! GOOD LUCK!

well my DF asked me in a letter to marry him, i said yes but then he told me that he would do it on his leave, what he called the right way (on the knee) so i'm hoping that comes when i see him in a few days. my advice is to expect anything that may happen. if he does he does, but if he doesn't then he will. good luck sweetie.
