Do you volunteer your time anywhere?

Yes I do. I am volunteering my time as one of the Ombudsman's for my Dh's command

I judge forensics for one my friends who is the DOF at the college we teach at. I am also a 4-H leader.

I have volunteered for different things over the years...I am not currently involved with anything right now...I would love to but I just don't have the time!

I volunteer at the kids' schools and I coach youth sports.

I am a point of contact for the state of Connecticut for Operation Home Front!!!

I help lead a girl scout troop :)

I use to volunteer at the Humane society. I think I should start again, I enjoyed it and it was a good feeling knowing I made those animals happy even if it was 1 hour every other day or so.

The only bad thing about it is....... I want to take them all home. And if I had the money and space I prob. would :)

I volunteer at the children's school for various teachers. I'm an active PTA member, and I'm an ombudsman. Is there 36 or 48 hours in a day?

I'd like to, but it's so hard to find time on top of everything else.

I used to volunteer at an Alzheimers care facility. I have been working a lot of 6 day work weeks lately though so no volunteer time for me. Hell, I hardly have time for my family! I come home, eat, then sleep!

I volunteer with my church. We make bags and feed the homeless. Since I go to an extreamly small church I am the one who gets to make the bags as well as hand them out in Downtown Dallas....

I volunteer my free time at my daughter's school when they need me and i use to volunteer at a nursing home. My older daughter will be taking piano lessons soon and for her to qualify for the scholarship i have to volunteer at lease a couple hours a week at the center. I also work nights, so i am going to be super busy!

I ususally find a couple things to volunteer in through work and through DHs command or schools. I haven't had the opportunity here yet, but am working on it because I need to get my son started on his 40 hrs that he needs for graduation.
