what is PROMOTION/PAY DATE CHANGE PAY?

DH wasn't promoted

:shrug no clue... :thinking I'd ask dh but he is unavailable right now. let me do some investigating.

Has he hit an even increment? Like 6, 8, 10, etc. years? That's the only thing I can think of.

that is what I was thinking. I know DH is maxed out on his, so I havent seen it on a LES in awhile, but that is what it says. When you hit the even increments and you aren't maxed out there is a pay raise.

Did you get another reserve deposit today too? for a very weird amount? If so I asked dh about it and he believes it has something to do with the new pay raise they just got and leap year.

hubby hit 6 years back in June

He's reserves, but he got his regular pay on the 15th..
