Nooooooo. I was kind of an awkward teenager...I couldn't even talk to boys in high school! Haha, thankfully I've blossomed a bit since then, and I don't really mind that I never went to prom.

I did. Both Jr. and Senior proms. I actually went by myself to my Jr. Prom. I have such a cute story about that.

I had a date, but 2 weeks before prom he decided that he didn't want to go. So I went by myself. My future DF went with a friend of his. Through the course of the night his date ended up with the guy serving refreshments, and refused to dance with him or even go around him. So he was bummed out and I was by myself, so we ended up dancing together the rest of the night. And we both had a blast.

I went junior year, but not senior year when i was dating DH. i WANTED to. but it didnt work out.
the funny thing is... my boyfriend the year i went almost couldnt come (he lived a couple hours away) so i was going to go with DH who was just a friend as friends of course but luckily my then boyfriend could come.
although i threw a small after party (there were only four of us) that DH came to... and because of my boyfriends behavior, i spent more time talking with DH (and the other girl who was there)

crap, i clicked the wrong one...no, i didn't go, and neither did DF...so i'm totally excited for military balls!!! :)

yes and it was one of the worst nights of my life until i got hammered later

I only went my senior year. The db took leave to come home and be my date. It was his first prom too, so his mom went nuts taking pictures.

I really meant to go I got dressed and the whole nine yards, but some how we ended up at a bar... it was so much better than the prom could have ever been. I had a thing for cowboys back in the day, and well my cowboy was with me. We ended up dancing in the parking lot, he was hella sweet

Then I went to my gay friend's prom senior year at his school. Didn't go to mine.

I went stag with a group of about 10 of my closest friends. We had a freaking blast because except for our clothes, we weren't formal at all! We ate at this dive that we hung out at all the time because we all wanted pancakes for supper (Famous Amos, for those of you in the know :lol) and someone else who was eating there thought we were just a poor bunch of kids and paid anonymously for our meals! Then we went to prom for a bit and then went to an alternative teens' club we went to all the time and danced our asses off.

Seriously one of the best nights of my life, good time with my best friends.

yep. we had a senior only prom because i went to a really big high school. you either had to be a senior or invited by one to go.

prom was prolli my least favorite dance, but i still had fun. oh... i loved my dress!! haha it literally didn't fit a week after prom, but oh boy was it pretty :)

Yes, jr and sr prom. They were alright but not worth what I paid for the dress, shoes, hair, etc. (the military balls were SOOOO much better!!!)
