Can I disable myself from viewing selected siggies?
Like can I turn off certain ones on my page?
THis is one I saw today that made me gag I'd rather not see it I didn't know if I could disable individual siggies or only all.

No, it's an all or nothing deal, sorry! I think Brandi has been asked about that before, and there is some reason why they don't offer it.

I dont think you can disable select siggies, but you can disable them all by going to user CP then to options then Visible Post Elements - and unclick show signatures
